<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />March 1, 2011, 6:30 p.m. or Shortly Thereafter in City Hall Council Chambers <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Centerville, Minnesota will meet and consider resident input regarding proposed <br />modifications to City Code Chapter 156, Addition of Section 156.025 (R-3 Zoning <br />District) & Section 156.030, N ~ (B-1 Zoning District ~ Interim Uses). <br /> <br />Addition of new language follows: <br /> <br />Section 156.025 ~ Establishes R-3 Zoning District and all requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 156.030 ~ Allows pre-existing industrial uses to continue after rezoning. <br />Industrial uses that existed on a site in the I-1 Industrial district as a legal fully <br />conforming use prior to the site being rezoned from I-1 to B-1 may continue and be <br />expanded on that site as if located in an I-1 District until the use is changed to a use that <br />is permitted in this district. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., February 25, 2011. All persons <br />interested are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing. You may call City <br />Hall at (651) 429-3232 if you have any questions or wish to obtain a copy of the <br />complete text of these proposed modifications.
