Lobb i� <br /> The GRANTEE agrees to comply with the provisions of Untied States Code, Title 31, Section 1352. The <br /> GRANTEE must not use any federal funds from the STATE to pay any person for influencing or <br /> attempting to influence an officer or employee of a federal agency, a member of Congress, an officer or <br /> employee of Congress, or any employee of a member of Congress in connection with the awarding of <br /> any federal contract, the making of any federal grant, the making of any federal loan, the entering into of <br /> any cooperative agreement or the extension, continuation, renewal, amendment, or modification of any <br /> federal contract, grant, loan, or cooperative agreement. If the GRANTEE uses any funds other than the <br /> federal funds from the STATE to conduct any of the aforementioned activities, the GRANTEE must <br /> complete and submit to the STATE the disclosure form specified by the STATE. Further, the <br /> GRANTEE must include the language of this provision in all contracts and subcontracts and all <br /> contractors and subcontractors must comply accordingly. <br /> E. EQUaI Employment Opportunity <br /> GRANTEE agrees to comply with the Executive Order 11246 "Equal Employment Opportunity" as <br /> amended by Executive Order 11375 and supplemented by regulations at 41 CFR Part 60. <br /> Cost Principles <br /> The GRANTEE agrees to comply with the provisions of OMB Circular A-87 regarding cost principles <br /> for administration of this grant award for state and local governments and Indian tribal governments. <br /> F.
