R �° �„�`: <br /> :....-. <br /> Eric serves as the Executive Producer of the show, and under his .„�;�' �' � <br /> guidance volunteers work on every aspect of a program, from ,�*� � � <br /> .,:��� �.: , � <br /> pre-production planning, to set-up, to the actual shoot and tear- `"-� ,' � , <br /> down.
