<br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />OUTDOOR RECREATION/REMEDIATION GRANT APPLICATION <br />WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2006 <br />6:30 p.m. OR SHORTLY THEREAFTER <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />1880 MAIN STREET <br />CENTERVILLE, MN 55038 <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, <br />that the Centerville City Council will meet to discuss the <br />proposed Outdoor Recreation/Remediation Grant Application project that includes the <br />acquisition of 1601 LaMotte Drive, Centerville Minnesota 55038 from the City of St. Paul Board <br />of Water Commission. The estimated cost of this acquisition is $350,000 and the City is <br />requesting up to $350,000 from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Local Grants <br />Program. Any local match for this grant will come from reserves in the Park Fund and, <br />consequently, no community residents will be assessed for the acquisition. The acquisition will <br />proceed as soon as possible. The annual cost of maintenance of this property is estimated to be <br />$200 per year. The meeting will take commence at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter on <br />Wednesday, February 22, 2006. The meeting will be held in Council Chambers of the City <br />Hall, located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota 55038. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard, <br />verbally or in writing. You may call Mr. John W.
