Exhibit A <br /> Exhibit B <br /> Summary of Ordinance _, Second Series <br /> Notice is hereby given, that on , 2011, Ordinance Number _, Second Series, <br /> entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE, CHAPTER 156, was adopted by the , <br /> Cit Council of Centerville Minnesota. <br /> Y � <br /> Notice is further given that due to the lengthy nature of the ordinance, the City <br /> Council has directed that this title and summ be re ared for <br /> ary p p publication pursuant to Minn. <br /> Stat. 412.191, Subd. 4. <br /> Notice is further given that a complete printed copy of the ordinance is available for <br /> inspection by any person during normal business hours of the City Clerk, 1880 Main St., <br /> Centerville, MN, or will be mailed to anyone requesting it by telephone (651) 429-3232. <br /> Notice is further given that the general purpose of the ordinance is to amend the code <br /> as it relates to keeping of honeybees in the city. <br /> Section 1. This section amends the City Code Chapter 156 by adding a new "High <br /> Density Multi-Family Zoning District (R-3), including permitted uses and the requirement that <br /> applications shall be made by Planned Unit Development. <br /> Section 2.
