DRAFT DR.AFT DRAFT <br /> 2/24/2011 <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE # <br /> SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE, CHAPTER 156, SECTIONS 156.030 <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> Section 1. City Code Chapter 156, Section 156.030 is hereby amended by adding a <br /> paragraph (N) which sha11 read as follows: <br /> (N) Interim uses in B-1 District. <br /> (1) Industrial uses that existed on a site in the I-1 Industrial district as a legal, <br /> fully conforming use prior to the site being rezoned from I-1 to B-1, may <br /> continue and be expanded on that site as if located in an I-1 District until the <br /> use is changed to a use that is permitted in this district. After it is changed to <br /> a use permitted the B-1 district, it may not thereafter be used except as <br /> permitted in this district.
