The CityAitorney will be givfng an update on the <br /> cnurt ru/ing regarding Sheehys assessment. <br /> 2. TE Grant Trail Project (000616-08165-0). Construction will begin in the spring. The contractor <br /> has been submitting shop dr�wings and materials infomration for our review. <br /> 3. 2008 Downtown Storm Water Improvements (000616-08167-0). The pipe from the Anoka <br /> County Park Pond was installed via directional drilling and the connection to the wet wel/ was made the <br /> week of February 28"'. <br /> After numerous meetings and rounds of discussion, the Rice Creek Watershed Disirict has decided that <br /> the best way to memorialize the system of credits for the storm water rerlamation project towards the <br /> downtown redeve%pment project wil/ be through an agre�ement betwe�en them and the City. The <br /> details of this ag,reement are being worked out and shou/d be ready for council approval in the near <br /> future. <br /> 4. Peltier Lake Drive Area Street & Utility Improvements (2009.01) (000616-09169-0), 2009 <br /> Street Improvements (2009.02) (000616-09170-0). The City attomey will be giving an update <br /> on our recommendations for final payment on these two projects. <br /> 5. Community Development Block Grant Water Services Project (000616-10171-0). The work <br /> is mostly complete. We will make final payment on the c�ontract soon. <br />
