APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />Council was presented with a set agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to approve the set agenda <br />as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />IV.
