Proposed amendment to Chapter 156, Section 156.025(R-3 Zoning District~High- <br />Density Multi-Family Residential District) <br /> <br /> <br />2.Proposed ordinance amendment-City Code Chapter 156, Section 156.030 (B-1 <br />Commercial Zoning District- Interim Uses. <br /> <br />The Commission opened the public hearing to consider the proposed changes to City <br />Code, Chapter 156, Sections 156.025 & Chapter 156, Section 156.030. No one was present <br />to comment on the hearing matters. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner Larson to close the <br />public hearing regarding the proposed changes to Chapter 156, Sections 156.025 and <br />156.030. All in favor.
