Payment for concert will be mailed upon City Council approval (usually within 2 weeks) after the performance. 2. Cancellation - Inclement Weather — Rain Policy: If we must cancel, due to inclement weather, the following process will be followed: • Performers will be asked to provide a time on your performance date that you need to be contacted in order to cancel your engagement. • If the performance is stopped by inclement weather -rain, after the cancellation time provided, your group will be paid 50% and must reschedule within 365 days where upon the remainder 50% will be paid upon performance. • Cancellation on or before performance date will be rescheduled and payment held until new date is scheduled, if cancelled completely without reschedule no payment shall be made. 3.
