Also attached <br /> are contracts from Forest Lake, Rosemount and Shorewood. <br /> Forest Lakes Weather Policy: <br /> Our rain cancellation policy is this: We always pay the band, no matter what, because in order to avoid <br /> paying them, we would have to cancel before they leave to come here, and it's too difficult to predict <br /> weather three or four hours ahead of time. So we don't cancel based on forecasts. If it's raining hard or <br /> storming at concert time, we cancel, otherwise the show goes on as scheduled. We do not do rain dates <br /> because nobody ever shows up and it's too hard to publicize the change — people are creatures of habit. <br /> Weather cancellations are always a tough call, but it helps to have a good policy. <br /> Arts in the Park Weather Policy <br /> Arts in the Park does not have an alternate weather location and we do not schedule make -up concerts. <br /> Because of this, we make every effort to have the event go on as scheduled. <br /> It is our policy to pay our musicians for their time and effort in getting to the event, even if the concert is <br /> eventually cancelled for weather - related reasons. In exchange for this policy, we expect musicians to remain <br /> at the park until at least the scheduled concert start time. If a performer feels that the current weather <br />
