<br />Chair Hanson asked that the section on certificate of accreditation be removed. He then <br />said he is interested in regulating the use not the individuals. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wilharber commented that the City does not license home based <br />businesses. He also commented that home based businesses do take away from the <br />commercial tax base of the City. <br /> <br />Commissioner Helmbrecht asked that the right of way ordinance be placed on the next <br />agenda. <br /> <br />VII.
