STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY UF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> Res. #11-0 D� <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CLOSED FUND <br /> WHEREAS, a certain debt service fund (Fund Number 312) was established to account <br /> for revenue and expenses related to debt service requirements for the 2004 Street <br /> Improvement Project, and <br /> WHEREAS, the remaining debt associated with the 2004 Improvement Project (Fund <br /> Number 312) -�as been refinanced in combination with the 2007 Improvement Bonds <br /> (Fund Number 349), and <br /> WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary to account for the two bond issues in separate <br /> funds. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> The Council hereby authorizes closing of Fund Number 312 to Fund Number 349 ' <br /> with all account balances transferred accordingly. <br /> Adopted by the City Council this � 3 day of April, 2011. <br /> , <br /> � <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> Teresa Bender, Clerk <br />
