Love <br /> Council Member Steve King <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br />None <br /> <br />STAFF: <br />City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Finance Director Mike Jeziorski <br />City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Wilharber called the April 13, 2011, City Council meeting to order at <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II.PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Council was presented with a set agenda which contained additional checks <br />(#26286-26304), Page 7a & 7b issued since the packet was completed on April 8, <br />2011. <br /> <br />The City Administrator requested that the Closed Session that was already <br />scheduled for his appraisal also contain discussions regarding outstanding 2009 <br />street project contractor issues. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar requested that an Item 7 be added under New Business to <br />discuss the 2010 Sealcoating Project. <br /> <br /> <br />
