<br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />March 23, 2011 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled meeting on March <br />23, 2011, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />Acting Mayor Jeff Paar <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Council Member D. Love <br /> Council Member Steve King <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br />Mayor Thomas Wilharber <br /> <br />STAFF: <br />City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Jeff Paar called the March 23, 2011, City Council meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />II.PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Council was presented with a set agenda which contained additional checks (#26244-26260 w/Check <br />#26249 Voided) issued since the packet was completed on March 18, 2011. Request was made to add <br />Item #4 – Approval of Local #49 Contract under New Business. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Love to Approve the <br />Set Agenda as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />1.March 9, 2011 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Paar questioned whether there were additions or modifications. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to approve the <br />March 9, 2011 City Council Meeting Minutes. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />V. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1.
