CALL TO ORDER <br /> Roll Call <br /> Chairperson Branch called the May 4, 2011 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. SET AGENDA <br /> Chairperson Branch requested adding Mr. Phillip Capra, Eagle Scout Tree Diversification Project, to the <br /> agenda for an update under Appearance as #3. <br /> Chairperson Branch requested adding a discussion on a change in budget line expense reporting under <br /> Committee Business #2. <br /> Chairperson Branch requested adding a discussion of the Special Use Permit for the Boy Scout Rocket <br /> Launch under Committee Business #3. <br /> Committee Member Seeley requested adding a discussion of Burial Mounds under Updates #8. <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Haiden, seconded by Committee Member Amundsen, to <br /> set the May 4, 2011 Parks & Recreation Committee Agenda with the above additions.
