Public Works Department Request to Purchase Used Vehicle from Centennial <br />Fire Department – 1995 Chevrolet Astro Van (Page 38) <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber requested items 4, 5, 7 and 8 be pulled for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to <br />approve items 1, 2, 3 and 6 on the Consent Agenda. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber felt that the application could be condense for more specific usages rather <br />than its current lengthy 10 pages. Administrator Larson and City Attorney Glaser both stated <br />there are instances/events when the current application is justified. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Wilharber, seconded by Council Member Love to approve item 4 on <br />the Consent Agenda. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber had concerns with item 5, Cub Scout Rocket Launch, in that it is being held <br />at Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park the same day/time as the recycling events in conjunction <br />with Garage Sale Days and the proposal has the rockets being launched near the play <br />structure.
