Love ; �� ` ' <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar !� � a � <br /> �> � <br /> <;: � <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. PUBLIC I3EARING(S) <br /> None scheduled. <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Wilharber reviewed the additional items that were contained on the set agenda. <br /> City Attorney Glaser stated that Council would be holding a Closed Executive Session <br /> following the regular meeting to discuss pending litigation with Sheehy Construction. <br /> Motion bv Council Member Paar, seconded bv Council Member Love to approve <br /> the set asenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 1. May 25, 2011 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> "Mayor Wilharber reported that he and Council Member Fehrenbacher had met with the <br /> Mayor and one Council Member from Lino Lakes, Circle Pines and Lexington to discuss <br /> sharing and collaboration. They expect to meet one more time to discuss ideas and will at <br /> that point provide a list of ideas for staff to work on." <br /> 1 <br />
