<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />June 8, 2011 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly <br />scheduled meeting of June 8, 2011, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Tom Wilharber <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Council Member Steve King <br /> Council Member D. Love <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I.CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />II.PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />None scheduled. <br /> <br /> <br />III.APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber reviewed the additional items that were contained on the set agenda. <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser stated that Council would be holding a Closed Executive Session <br />following the regular meeting to discuss pending litigation with Sheehy Construction. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to approve <br />the set agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />IV.APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. May 25, 2011 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />“Mayor Wilharber reported that he and Council Member Fehrenbacher had met with the <br />Mayor and one Council Member from Lino Lakes, Circle Pines and Lexington to discuss <br />sharing and collaboration. They expect to meet one more time to discuss ideas and will at <br />that point provide a list of ideas for staff to work on.” <br /> <br /> <br />
