� <br /> � <br /> �� <br /> �, <br /> � <br /> ■��r������������������������r��������������������������������������r����� <br /> I , , <br /> Findings and Decision Related to B-1 Interim Use Status <br /> The Planning & Zoning Commission met on May 3, 2011, to consider rezoning certain <br /> ' property in accordance with the 2030 Comprehensive Plan, guided uses. <br /> Findings: <br /> 1) The City adopted its 2030 Comprehensive Plan on August 26, 2009. <br /> 2) The 2030 Comprehensive Plan provided guidance for future land uses in several parts <br /> of the city, among these were changing certain zoning of certain properties from <br /> Tndustrial I-1 to Commercial B-1. <br /> 3) The City approved rezoning of certain properties from Industrial I-1 to Commercial <br /> B-1, to bring the Official Zoning Map into conformance with the intended uses as <br /> indicated by the 2030 Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 4) City Code Chapter 156.030, N, requires the Planning and Zoning Commission to <br /> determine if any property that is rezoned from industrial to commercial qualifies as an <br /> interim use pursuant to this section. Such review was undertaken by the Commission <br /> on July 5, 2011, and certain parcels were found to qualify for interim use status. <br /> DECISION: <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission detertnined the following properties are <br /> conforming industrial uses qualifying thern for interim use status in the B-1 zoning <br /> district in accordance with City Code Chapter 153.030, paragraph N: <br /> Industrial Park, Block l, Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8& 9, in the City of Centerville, per the <br /> recorded plat thereof, on file with the Recorder of Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> The Commission recommends that the council approve findings and decision of the <br /> ' Commissian and that these findings and decision be recorded with Anoka County. <br /> Approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Centerville on July 5, <br /> 2011. <br /> Findings and decision approved by the City Council on , 2011. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor !, <br /> Attest: ' <br /> � Teresa Bender, Clerk I <br /> 54 <br /> I --- --- _ _ _ __ __ <br />
