19. It is intended that the permission granted herein and the obligations set forth herein <br /> shall run with the Premises and sha11 be binding upon the Permittee, its successors or <br /> assigns and upon the Board, its successors or assigns. <br /> 20. The permit may not be transferred or assigned by Permittee except with and <br /> � according to written permission of SPRWS General Manager. <br /> 21. The granting of this permit creates in the Pertnittee no property rights and Permittee <br /> ' agrees that said permit may be revoked by SPRWS General Manager at any time <br /> I <br /> � <br /> without cause. <br /> 22. Permittee agrees to abide by a11 applicable federal, state and local rules and <br /> regulations governing the performance of the activity hereby permitted. <br /> 23. This Agreement may be terminated without cause by either Permittee or Board upon <br /> thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. <br /> 24.
