(OR SHORTLY THEREAFTER <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Centerville, Minnesota will be meeting on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. or <br />shortly thereafter in Council Chambers located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, MN and <br />considering resident input regarding proposed City Code language modifications to <br />Chapter 156, Section 156.310 <br /> <br />DELETING AND ADDING NEW LANGUAGE TO THE FOLLOWING SECTION: <br /> <br />Section 156.310 Variances - (A) Standards (1-6), (B) Board of Appeals & Adjustment (2) <br />& (C) Variance Procedures (1, 4 & 5) <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., August 5, 2011. All persons <br />interested are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing. You may call City <br />Hall at (651) 429-3232 if you have any questions or wish to obtain a copy of the <br />complete text of this Chapter.
