Effective Date. This Agreement shall be effective after approval by the Parties' goveming <br /> body and execution by the Parties' authorized representatives. <br /> F. Govemina Law. This Agreement shall be govemed by and interpreted in accordance with <br /> the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br /> G. Captions. Article and section headings contained in this Agreement are included for <br /> convenience only and form no part of the Agreement among the Parties. <br /> H. Waivers.
