June 22, 2011 City Council Meeting Minutes Motion bv Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded bv Council Member King, to auprove the June 22, 2011 Citv Council Meeting Minutes as presented. V. CONSENT AGENDA 1. City of Centerville June 23, 2011 through July 13, 2011 Claims (Check #26474- 265220 & Check #26523-26540) 2. Centennial Fire District Claims through July 1, 2011 (Check #4862-4875 & 4876- 4887. 3. Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through June 28, 2011 (Check #8472-8500) Voided Check #8470 & 8471) 4. Proposal for Tennis Court Maintenance (Resurfacing) Motion bv Council Member Paar, seconded bv Council Member King, to approve the Consent Agenda as aresented. All in favor. Motion Passed Unanimouslv. VI. AWARDSiPRESENTATIONSIAPPEARANCES 1. Mr. & Mrs. Curtis Winter, 7138 Shad Avenue Mr. Winter had concerns regarding drainage on his property in the rear yard and stated that with the 2009 Street Project, drain tile was installed through the rear yards of neighboring properties but excluded theirs. Mr. Winter stated that he continues to have drainage issues and his neighbors do not and he would like the City to consider a solution that would resolve the problem. City Engineer Statz stated that the drain tile was stopped short of Mr. Winter's property, but he would need addirional time to research the item. Council directed Engineer Statz to view the property, research the item and report back to Council at their next meeting. � VII. OLD BUSINESS 1. Xcel Energy Franchise Ordinance � Tabled from Previous Meetings City Attorney Glaser recommended Council continue to table this item. VIII. NEW BUSINESS lA.
