<br /> <br />'Estabfisfrel1857 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO CONSIDER RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES FROM COMMERCIAL <br />- Bl TO INDUSTRIAL - 1-1 & WITH RESPECTIVE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City <br />of Centerville will consider Re-Zoning with respective Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendments for the following properties: PIN #R23-31-22-44-0009, PIN #R23-31-22- <br />44-0006 (Excluding approx. 600' x 265' in the rear of the parcel), PIN #R23-31-22-44- <br />0005 (6805 - 20th Avenue South & PIN #R23-31-22-44-0008 (6845 - 20th Avenue <br />South) considered for re-zoning from Commercial - B 1 to Industrial - 11 and a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment that would re-designate same. The meeting is <br />scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. It is felt that <br />the designation of Industrial - 1-1 zoning would better fit the buildings current usage. <br />The purpose of the meeting is to hear all parties present regarding the possibility of <br />approving the aforementioned request. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. February 3, 2006. All persons <br />interested are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
