These costs pay for the <br /> capital costs associated with water systems, such as elevated <br /> storage, water treatment facilities, and maintenance. <br /> PROPERTY OWNER COSTS: <br /> The individual property owner will be responsible for the <br /> connection from the property line to the individual building. <br /> Because of the many different configurations, this cost varies <br /> considerably and is difficult to estimate. Property owners may <br /> also have costs associated with taking individual well systems out <br /> of service. <br />
