Payment of the statement shall be completed within 45 days upon receipt of the statement. Reimbursement for overhead costs shall be made when each phase of the project is complete and final. b. Regardless of which city initiates future phases of the project, prior to the start of generating plans and specifications, each municipality shall obtain property or right of way easements within their municipal boundaries and the costs for said easements shall be paid separately by each city. 7. Before this Agreement shall become binding and effective it shall be approved by an appropriate resolution of the City Council of Lino Lakes and of the City Council of Centerville, which shall be attaehed hereto as Exhibits B and C, respectively. 8. The sanitary sewer and watermain shall be constructed within the corporate boundaries of Lino Lakes and shall be owned and maintained by the City of Lino Lakes, 9. Sanitary sewer and watermain services may be extended to serve property within the City of Centerville upon Centerville'$ request. Fees for connection to such services will be subject to the policies outlined in the City of Lino Lakes Resolution No. and the City of Centerville Ordinance 10. The City of Lino Lakes shall maintain 21 s. Avenue by performing annual street sweeping, crack sealing and pothole filling. The City of Centerville shall maintain 21st Avenue by plowing show and winter sanding/de- icing. 11. The City of Lino Lakes and the City of Centerville will sealcoat the roadway on a 5 -7 year interval by separate cost share agreement.
