DRAFT MARCH 6, 1998 <br /> 10. The City of Lino Lakes shall maintain Cedar Street by performing annual street <br /> sweeping, crack sealing, and pothole filling. The City of Centerville shall maintain Cedar <br /> Street by plowing snow and winter sanding /de- icing. <br /> 11. The City of Lino Lakes and the City of Centerville will seal coat the roadway <br /> on a 5 -7 year interval by separate cost share agreement. <br /> 12. Each city shall have the right to review and agree with driveway curb cut <br /> locations in the other city. <br /> 13.
