Society for <br /> charitable gambling funds for ADA reimbursable items. <br /> Lakeland Hills - I spoke to Mike Black on Tuesday to receive an <br /> update on this development. They had over 200 people pass <br /> through their model home on Sunday. The model home is listed for <br /> $249,000. He indicated they have commitments on 8 -10 lots. We <br /> received our second permit application for this development. <br /> There are three additional lots staked for homes at this time. <br /> He indicated that one of the homes being proposed on the Creek <br /> would be over a $300,000 total package. They will be bringing in <br /> a copy of their entrance monument design this spring. <br /> Willow Glen - There are 38 units that have had final inspections <br /> in this development. They plan to request building permit # 8 in <br /> the near future. <br /> Eagle Pass - This project continues on a slow, but steady pace. <br /> The development is turning out to be a unique, attractive <br /> subdivision. <br /> Acorn Creek II - This project should be finaled out this year. <br /> Clearwater Meadows - This project should be finaled out this <br /> year. <br /> * Ken Cook returned to work on Tuesday. Welcome back Ken! <br /> * I had an interesting meeting with the school board <br /> superintendent on Tuesday. Mr. McClellan indicated that the <br /> school board was considering finding sites for two buildings <br /> that would be constructed as locations for Kindergarten <br /> classrooms. Mr. McClellan would like to build one building on <br /> the west edge of the district and build one building in <br /> Centerville. The district could construct the buildings <br />
