CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 1. Resolution 97 -27 Adopting 1997 Tax Levy, Collectible in 1998 <br /> 2. Resolution 97 -28 Adopting District No. 1 -5 as an "Economic Development District' as <br /> defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.174, Subdivision 12. <br /> 3. Resolution 97 -29 Amending by Substitution the North Central Suburban Cable <br /> Communications Commission Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the Administration <br /> of a Cable Communications System. <br /> 4. Right of Way Ordinance <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Hehnbrecht to approve the consent agenda excluding the right of <br /> way item. Motion seconded by Councilmember Brenner. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Mayor Wilharber announced Councilmember Theresa Brenner was elected to be the recipient of <br /> the Citizen of the year award and Paul Montain was elected as the Business Person of the year. <br /> Councilmember Brenner noted the Citizen of the year final candidates: Tom Dario, Randy <br /> Hagerty, Mary Capra, Ken Strantz and Michael Navin. <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Hehmbrecht to adjourn the December 22, 1997 Council meeting. <br /> Motion seconded by Councilmember Brenner.
