MEMO <br /> DATE July 2, 1998 <br /> TO Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM Jim March <br /> RE Consent Agenda Items <br /> Prior to leaving on vacation, Paul Palzer submitted his written <br /> recommendation announcing the satisfactory completion of the <br /> probationary period for Robert W sterlund. Mr. Palzer and I <br /> recommend that Mr. Westerlund be deemed as a full -time permanent <br /> employee. <br /> Ken Cook, (Building Inspector) received a satisfactory written <br /> annual performance review. It was the recommendation of the <br /> Public Works Director (with my concurrence) that the Building <br /> Inspector receive a one step increase to Grade 5, Step 3. <br />
