I am placing this document in your mailbox <br /> for your review. The plan details a resurfacing of 20th <br /> Avenue north of Main Street as well as an interchange <br /> construction project in 2001 for I -35W and CSAH No. 14. <br /> * The loan from Firstar Bank was closed on Tuesday. This loan <br /> was created to refund the 87 Street Bond. The bond for the <br /> 20th Avenue sewer and water extension is scheduled to close on <br /> Wednesday. <br /> * Terminal Transport picked up their building permit on <br /> Wednesday. <br /> * The tax increment financing reports were completed and mailed <br /> to the state auditor on Tuesd y. <br /> * I had a meeting with Trish Bueno of Media Junction on Tuesday. <br /> She has already created a fabulous website for the City of <br /> Centerville. She would like to make a presentation to the <br /> City Council in regards to hosting our site for the City. I <br /> have some information coming in regards to different internet <br /> service providers in the area. <br /> * I received a call from a developer in Thunder Bay, Ontario. <br /> They accessed the City of Centerville community profile on the <br /> internet and they plan to visit the community in two or three <br /> weeks. They are interested in acquiring property for <br /> industrial development and /or property for condominium <br /> developments. They are currently develop }ng properties in <br /> Canada, as well as in Phoenix, Arizona. This would be their <br /> first effort to develop property in the Twin Cities area. <br /> * A letter has been sent to the County and our Commissioner in <br /> regards to the feasibility of installing a pedestrian <br /> crosswalk at the intersection of Main Street and 20th Avenue. <br /> * Site plans for the Lake Area Utility property and the 20 acre <br /> former (Moore) property will be discussed at the next Planning <br /> and Zoning meeting. <br />
