Green <br /> Letters are being sent to each firm notifying them of the <br /> interview schedule and process. It was decided that each firm <br /> would be allowed 15 minutes to describe their organization and <br /> philosophy. The second portion of the interview would involve <br /> answering 16 oral questions with a time limit of 3 minutes per <br /> question. The last 10 minutes of the interview would be left <br /> open for general questions. There is a 15 minute break <br /> scheduled between interviews. I will be providing a rankings <br /> sheet for the oral question portion of the interview, We will <br /> discuss this process in more detail prior to the interview <br /> periods. <br /> * The annual meeting of the Centerville Lake Association was <br /> held on Thursday, June 18 at City Hall. <br /> * I will be meeting with the union representative on Friday <br /> morning. This will be our first meeting to discuss the <br /> contract for 1999 and beyond. <br /> * Reminder! The joint meeting with the committee's and Dean <br /> Johnson is scheduled for 7:00 on Tuesday, June 23. <br /> * Reminder!
