MEMO <br /> DATE : June 22, 1998 <br /> TO Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE Appearance of Mike Quigley - Eagle Pass <br /> Mr. Mike Quigley will be present to discuss the attached letter. <br /> The developer is claiming that the homeowners are not in favor of <br /> the trailway that is proposed to be built from 7014 to 7042 Dupre <br /> Road. This trail would surround nine townhomes. The developer <br /> may be interested in installing sidewalk or providing a cash <br /> contribution in lieu of this trail construction. Mr. Quigley <br /> will also provide an update on the park construction progress. <br /> If you have any questions on the location or purpose of this <br /> trail, please contact me. <br />
