Subdivision 2. Curbs and Gutters on Collector or <br /> Arterial Streets Costs of these improvements shall be assessed <br /> in a manner identical to that described in Subdivision 1 above for <br /> collector or arterial street construction or reconstruction except <br /> as to property fronting on collector or arterial streets which <br /> shall be assessed as described in Subdivision 3 below. <br /> Corner lots with side yards abutting collector or <br /> arterial streets shall be assessed SO$ of the costs of curbs and <br /> gutters determined on a linear foot basis measured against the <br /> side yard. <br /> Subdivision 3. Assessment of Properties Fronting on <br /> Arterial or Collector Streets Properties with frontage on <br /> arterial or collector streets shall be assessed on a frontage <br /> basis. The costs to be assessed shall be determined by the City <br /> Engineer and shall not exceed an amount sufficient to construct or <br /> reconstruct a residential street. <br /> 3. Section H. Assessment Rules for Class C Improvements <br /> Subdivision 1. Storm Sewers One hundred percent of <br /> the cost of constructing storm sewers shall be assessed against <br /> the property in the area served by the sewer as determined by the <br /> City Engineer on the basis of the square footage of the property <br /> so served. The area to be assessed shall be determined by the <br /> Engineer on the basis of topographical maps and other pertinent <br /> data. Multi -unit residential property shall be assessed at one <br /> and one -half times the single family residential rate and <br /> 7 <br />
