RESOLUTION 84 -52 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN <br /> ASSESSMENT POLICY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of North Branch has been making public <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, no formal policy has existed to deal with assess- <br /> ments in an equitable and like manner; and <br /> WHEREAS, A draft policy was prepared, reviewed, and changes <br /> were made to provide for an acceptable policy; and <br /> WHEREAS, the final policy has been prepared for acceptance. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the North Branch City <br /> Council approves and adopts the assessment policy dated <br /> August 28, 1984, and that said policy will remain as a <br /> Policy to be flexible with regard to: <br /> 1. Maintaining equitability to those assessed. <br /> 2. Recognition that not all situations of assess- <br /> ments are alike. <br /> 3.
