VIOLATION OF AGREEMENT <br /> In the event that Developer violates any of the covenants and agreements contained in <br /> this Development Contract and to be performed by the Developer, the City, at its option, in <br /> addition to the rights and remedies as set out hereunder may refuse to issue building <br /> permits to any property within the plat until such time as such default has been corrected <br /> to the satisfaction of the City. <br /> M. PARK DEDICATION <br /> The park dedication requirements due to the City of Centerville in the amount of $750.00 <br /> per lot for 42 lots, resulting in a total fee of $31,500.00, shall be paid in cash at the time of <br /> the signing of the final plat. <br /> N. TRAIL DEDICATION <br /> The trail dedication fee in the amount of $150.00 per lot for 42 lots resulting in a total fee of <br /> $6,300.00 shall be paid in cash at the time of the signing of the final plat. <br /> O.
