PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Delinquent Sewer and Water Bills <br /> Mayor Wdharber opened the pubic hearing for delinquent sewer and water bills. Mayor <br /> Wilharber addressed the audience and asked if anyone was in attendance for the public hearing, <br /> after hearing no response the Council took the following action: <br /> Councilmember Powers moved to close the public hearing Councilmember Brenner <br /> seconded the motion Motion carried unanimously. <br /> APPEARANCES <br /> CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> The City of Centerville October 28 - 30 and November 2 - 9 <br /> Councilmember Buckbee moved to approve the Centerville payment of claims for October <br /> 28 -30 and November 2 -9 Councilmember Powers seconded the motion. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Centennial Fire District <br /> Councilmember Brenner moved to approve the Centennial Fire District payment of claims. <br /> Councilmember Powers seconded the motion Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Pay Estimate 92 Laurie LaMotte Park <br /> Councilmember Brenner moved to approve Pay Estimate #2 for Laurie LaMotte Park in <br /> the amount of $53.449.94. Councilmember Buckbee seconded the Motion Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> SET AGENDA <br /> Councilmember Brenner moved to approve the set agenda with no additions. <br /> Councilmember Powers seconded the motion Motion carried unanimously._ <br /> PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Preliminary Plat Consideration for Beuchler Estates <br /> Mr. Peterson updated the Council on the Beuchler Estates Development and that the grading plan <br /> and preliminary plat reflect changes that both the City and the Engineer requested of the <br /> Developer. Mr. Beuchler confirmed Mayor Wilharber's question stating the development has <br /> received approval from the watershed. <br /> Mr. Peterson confirmed Councilmember Powers questioned that the drainage swale in the <br /> roadway has been addressed with a 1% grade. Mr. Peterson also addressed Councilmember <br /> 2 <br />
