We have included revisions to the document in accordance with a discussion at the <br /> July 29, 1998 workshop, a joint meeting between the Planning and Zoning Committee and the <br /> City Council. Listed below is a summary of changes to the Shoreland Ordinance. <br /> • Section 5.14, Part B, Item 1 <br /> The building setback has been changed from 50 feet to 75 feet from the ordinary high water <br /> level, <br /> • Section 5.14, Part C, Item 2 <br /> The maximum allowable height for a guest cottage has been changed from 15 feet to 35 <br /> feet. <br /> • Section 5.23 <br /> The maximum allowable height of structures has been changed from 25 feet to 35 feet. <br /> We will be in attendance at the August 21 special meeting to discuss the Shoreland Ordinance <br /> with both the Planning and Zoning Committee and the City Council.
