Several minor changes <br /> have been and continue to be made to the plans, in coordination with Mr. Paul Palzer, Public <br /> Works Director. <br /> We hope to have preliminary engineering plans of the street and utilities prior to the August 26` <br /> Council meeting. We will present these at the Council meeting for your review only, to update <br /> you on the progress of this development. Grading of the site has started.
