CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> This Special Use Permit is granted by the City of Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota this <br /> 23rd day of September, 1998. <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Tim Peppenger (" Permittee") has applied for a Special Use Permit to operate <br /> an auto electrical repair shop at 7129 20th Avenue North and described below within the City of <br /> Centerville, Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, such Special Use Permit is required by Zoning ordinance #4, Appendix A - <br /> Commercial District, and, Subdivision 64. Special use Permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, after review the City Council of the City of Centerville has approved the granting of <br /> a Special Use Permit subject to the following conditions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows: <br /> 1. That Tim Peppenger, shall be granted a Special Use Permit to operate an <br /> auto electrical repair shop on property located at 7129 20th Avenue, <br /> Centerville Minnesota, legally described as: <br /> R 23- 31 -22 -11 -0010 <br /> 2. That this Special Use Permit is conditioned upon the following: <br /> (a) All business activities, upon such property shall comply with <br /> Ordinance #4 of the Centerville Code and any and all other <br /> building and zoning codes or ordinances applicable to the property. <br /> (b) Permittee shall ensure that the city approves any and all changes <br /> from such operation as already proposed, and must be approved by the <br /> City Council. - <br /> (c) The maximum number of employees shall be dictated by the corresponding <br /> number of parking spaces as defined in Ordinance #4, Table C, Schedule of <br /> District Regulations Off Street Parking Spaces, Commercial Use. <br /> (d) The use of the building and property will be for an auto electric repair <br /> shop. Any changes in use not identified in Ordinance #4, Table A, Schedule <br /> of District Regulations Permitted Principal and Special Use, Permitted <br /> Principal Uses, B -1 Commercial would require approval by the City <br /> Council. <br /> 1 <br />
