Provide such street maintenance and control of builder's actions to <br /> maintain roadways clear o rmud, soil, and debris to provide safe <br /> driving surfaces. The Developer shall provide sheet sweeping <br /> within 24 hours of the City's request for such services. <br /> V. Provide for landscaping in accordance with the City ordinances <br /> and other requirements. <br /> The Developer shall accomplish or cause to be accomplished these actions <br /> according to generally accepted trade standards. The Developer will cause <br /> to be furnished to the City a schedule of proposed openuions at least five <br /> days prior to commencement of the construction activities. <br /> It. Site Grading and Building Permits. No building permit shall be issued for <br /> any lot without the finished grading in accordance with the approved <br /> grading plan. <br /> c. Erosion Control, The Developer shall control erosion insuring: <br /> i. The Developer shall submit an erosion control plan, detailing all <br /> erosion control measures to be implemented during construction. <br /> Said plait shall be approved by the City prior to the <br /> commencement of site grading or construction. <br /> ii. Erosion and siltation control measures shall be coordinated with <br /> the different stages of development. Appropriate control measures <br /> as required by the City shall be installed prior to development <br /> when necessary to control erosion, <br /> iii. Land shall be developed in increments of workable size. as <br /> determined by the City, such that adequate erosion and siltation <br /> controls as directed by the engineer can be provided as <br /> construction progresses. The smallest practical area of land, as <br /> determined by the City, shall be exposed at any one period of time. <br /> iv. W11ere the topsoil is removed, sufficient arable soils shall be set <br /> aside for respreading over the developed area. The topsoil shall be <br /> restored to a depth of at least four (4) inches and shall be of a <br /> quality at least equal to the soil quality prior to development. All <br /> disturbed areas shall be seeded, or have sod installed as approved <br /> by the City. The Developer shall also install four (4) inches of <br /> topsoil on all boulevards and seed or sod as approved by the City. <br /> d. Nspection. All of the work shall be under and subject to the inspection <br /> and approval of the City, City Engineer, and where appropriate, any other <br /> governmental agency having jurisdiction. <br /> 3 <br />
