There is no curbstop <br /> to this property. Included in your packet is a quote from Ro -So contracting to install a curbstop <br /> at this location. The cost to the City for this item is $2350. 1 would suggest treating this property <br /> per the current policy. The property owner would be assessed the current rate of $1,741.23 and <br /> an additional $1300 water connection charge. <br /> The policy in 1993 was $2500 per unit along Mill Road which would have covered both of the <br /> above mentioned items. The suggested costs as mentioned above more accurately reflect today's <br /> costs. <br />
