Each of the Cities shall pay the County for their <br /> allocable share of the Ongoing Costs within 30 days of receipt of the bill from the County, The <br /> County shall strictly account for the disbursement and receipt of funds related to the Ongoing <br /> Costs, <br /> Each City shall be directly responsible for maintenance and other ongoing costs related <br /> specifically to the City Equipment described above. <br /> SECTION THREE <br /> POLICY DIRECTION REGARDING USE OF SYSTEM <br /> In accordance with the joint Law Enforcement Council Agreement that established the <br /> Council and the Rules of Procedure applicable thereto, the Council shall provide ongoing policy <br /> direction regarding the use of the System. <br /> SECTION FOUR <br /> REPRESENTATIONS <br /> The County and each of the Cities represent that its governing body has duty authorized <br /> the execution and delivery hereof, and that upon such execution and delivery, this Agreement <br /> -4- <br />
