Also included as items associated with the Private Improvements, the Developer shall <br /> undertake or arrange to accomplish the following: <br /> a. Site Development Issues <br /> 1) Coordinate with the utility companies to provide for gas main, telephone <br /> lines, cable lines, and power lines to service the properties developed on <br /> the final plat according to the City's joint trench policy. <br /> 2) Provide seeding and vegetation maintenance and erosion control over <br /> denuded or graded areas and mitigation area, at the City's direction. <br /> 3) Reimburse the City for street name signs and stop signs that will installed <br /> by the City. <br /> 4) Establish lot corner monumentation within 60 days of grading completion <br /> or by November 1, 1998, after filing the final plat, whichever is sooner. <br /> 5) Provide such street maintenance and control of builder's actions to <br /> maintain roadways clear of mud, soil, and debris to provide safe driving <br /> O APROA804080j \080 -2401. junerevAgree.doc Page 2 <br />
