City Council Meeting December 18, 1996 <br /> MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to approve pay estimate 43 in the amount <br /> of $9,869.31 for Eagle Pass. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Pay Estimate #4, Clearwater Meadows - Wilharber reviewed pay estimate #4 partial <br /> payment for Clearwater Meadows, which indicated the total amount due at this time is <br /> $11,188.15, with a total retainage of $14,722.22. <br /> MOTION by Brenner, seconded by Helmbrecht to approve Clearwater Meadows pay <br /> estimate 94 in the amount of $11,188.15. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> SET AGENDA: <br /> Complaint <br /> Meeting with Jim Brimeyer <br /> MOTION by Buckbee, seconded by Helmbrecht to approve the set agenda. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: <br /> Helmbrecht reported she had received a complaint, that there is no speed limit sign on <br /> Old Mill Road. Wilharber directed city staff to notify Public Works. <br /> Wilharber mentioned Dupre road sign was misspelled. Gaustad reported the sign had been <br /> corrected. <br /> APPEARANCES: <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br /> Meeting with Jim Brimeyer - 6 month review for the ClerklAcimimstrator - <br /> Meeting was rescheduled for Wednesday, January 8, at 3:00 p.m. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br /> Economic Development Committee - Brenner reported during the EDC meeting the <br /> comprehensive plan was discussed. The committee members stressed including the <br /> downtown revitalization in the comp. plan. Helmbrecht asked if someone from EDC <br /> would be present at the public hearing. Brenner believed a member from EDC would be at <br /> the public hearing to discuss the downtown area. <br /> Brenner reported a correction in the EDC minutes under senior housing; the $66,000 per <br /> unit was corrected to read $66,000 for the whole unit. <br /> 2 <br />
