Mayor Tom <br /> Wilharber called the council meeting to order at 6:00 PM. <br /> PRESENT: Tom Wilharber Mary Jo Helmbrecht <br /> Sanna Buckbee Theresa Brenner <br /> ABSENT: Laura Powers- Rasmussen <br /> STAFF /CONSULTANTS: Jim March Ry -Chel Gaustad <br /> David Nyberg <br /> PAYMENT OF CLAIMS: <br /> City of Centerville January 9 - 22, 1997 <br /> MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to approve the receipts and <br /> disbursements of January 9 - 22. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Centennial Fire District January 16, 1997- <br /> MOTION by Buckbee, seconded by Brenner to approve Centennial Fire Districts <br /> disbursements. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Pay Estimate #I Main Street - <br /> Nyberg commented the payment on sodding issues still has adequate retainage available. <br /> Helmbrecht questioned a big hole on the south side of Main Street across from her home <br /> and suggested Nyberg look into it this spring. <br /> MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to pay estimate 91 for Main Street. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to approve the January 8, 1997, minutes <br /> with corrections.
