Each part of the proposed project, with the exception of Mill <br /> Road, is shown on the attached exhibit. Below is a summary of the the estimated costs <br /> for each part of the project, based on prices for the 1995 Seal Coat project and <br /> discussions with seal coat contractors: <br /> CIVIL ENGINEERING: Royal Meadows Streets $ 4,200 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL Acorn Creek Streets 8,000 <br /> MUNICIPAL Peltier Lake Drive (Main Street to Centerville Road) 4,000 <br /> NNING Mound Trail 6,500 <br /> SouoWASTE City Parking Lot 2.000 <br /> STRUCTURAL Sub -total $24,700 <br /> SURVEYING Mill Road C fclL,- l,,Y, I k,w 44 4.200 <br /> TRAEPIC Total with Mill Road $28,900 <br /> TRANSPORTATION <br /> If the costs for the project are less than $25,000, state rules allow the project to not be <br /> EEECTRICAUMECHANUAL publically bid. However, because the costs are estimated to be so close to $25,000, we <br /> ENGINEERING: recommend bidding the project. We will advertise the project for bids at the direction <br /> HVAC of the City Council. The project would be completed sometime in June of this year. <br /> POWER DISTRIBUTION <br /> SCADA We will be in attendance at the April 9th Council meeting to answer any questions the <br /> SISTEu, CONTROLS Council may have about the project.
