CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> WEDNESDAY, JUNE 9, 1997 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Centerville held their <br /> regularly scheduled Council meeting and a public hearing on June 3, 1997 at City Hall, Mayor <br /> Wilharber called the public hearing to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> Mary Jo Helmbrecht, Councilmember <br /> Theresa Brenner, Councilmember <br /> ABSENT: Sanna Buckbee, Councilmember <br /> Laura Powers, Councilmember <br /> STAFF /CONSULTANTS: Jim March, City Administrator <br /> Ry -Chel Gaustad, City Clerk <br /> Paul Palzer, Public Works Director/Building Official <br /> David Nyberg, City Engineer <br /> A public hearing was duly scheduled and called to order by Mayor Wilharber at 6:00 P.M <br /> Mr. March gave a brief overview of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and <br /> suggested to reallocate the unused funds from the 1996 parks accessibility grant to the senior <br /> housing project. Mr. March recommended approving resolution No. 97 -09 CDBG. There was <br /> no further discussion. <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Brenner to close the public hearing. Motion seconded by <br /> Councilmember Helmbrecht. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Public hearing adjourned at 6:08 P.M. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> May 18, 1997 Council Meeting Minutes <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Brenner to approve the May 28, Council meeting minutes. Motion <br /> seconded by Councilmember Helmbrecht.
