Korner. <br /> Councilmember Helmbrecht questioned traffic control. Mayor Wilharber suggested Mr. Bisek <br /> notify the Chief of Police of the traffic concerns and the additional event. <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Buckbee to authorize $1,400 for Fete des Lac fireworks contingent <br /> upon, if the Police Chief can handle the traffic concerns, and the City receives a certificate of <br /> insurance, and the funds are refunded upon unfavorable weather conditions. Motion seconded by <br /> Councilmember Helmbrecht. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Light Industrial District <br /> Mr. March reported the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended a new Light Industrial <br /> Zoning District with 3,500 square feet minimal building size and 30,000 square feet minimal lot <br /> size. Mr. March recommended rezoning R &R leasing and REEL Manufacturing to Light <br /> Industrial. <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Helmbrecht to approve Staff to begin to change the specified land <br /> to Light Industrial. Motion seconded by Councilmember Brenner. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Staff Survey <br /> Mayor Wilharber shared some comments gathered from the Staff survey. The survey suggested <br /> the Council and Conunittees use Roberts Rules during meetings. Also, Staff limit personal phone <br /> calls and implement a dress code. Mr. March stated the City Hall projects a professional <br /> environment. <br /> Joint Police Committee <br /> Mayor Wilharber reported five interested persons called in regards to the Joint Police <br /> Commission. Mayor Wilharber requested the interested parties forward a resume by the next <br /> Council meeting. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Report from CPLPD - Stop Sign Petition at the Intersection of 73rd and Old Mill Road <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Buckbee to direct Staff to contact the residents whom presented <br /> the stop sign petition and indicate the traffic study did not favor a stop sign. Motion seconded by <br /> Councilmember Brenner. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Resolution #97 -13 Establishing TIF District #1 -5 <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Helmbrecht to approve resolution 997 -13. Motion seconded by <br /> Councilmember Brenner. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Resolution #97 -14 Authorizing the purchase of Barett Property from TIF Funds <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Brenner to approve resolution #97 -14. Motion seconded by <br /> 4 <br />
